Robotics develops machines that can substitute for humans and replicate human actions. Robots can be used in many situations for many purposes, but today many are used in dangerous environments (including inspection of radioactive materials, bomb detection and deactivation), manufacturing processes, or where humans cannot survive (e.g. in space, underwater, in high heat, and clean up and containment of hazardous materials and radiation). Robots can take on any form, but some are made to resemble humans in appearance.
The future belongs to Artificial Intelligence. By the year 2030, robots will replace 75 million jobs, at the same time creating 133 million new jobs. We at The Play School understand the importance of robotics education for future jobs, which have not even been invented yet. A meeting was held for the orientation of Robotmea for the establishment of STEAM Lab at The Play School. Mr. Syed Buran Ali and Mr. Muhammad Noman from Robotmea addressed the teachers and students and shared the concept of Robotics Lab. They stressed on the impacts of education on robotics and artificial intelligence for fostering entrepreneurship and innovation.
